UNDERCOVERED STORY OF THE DAY
Remember all the skeptism about former Secretary of State James Baker's mission to get Iraqi debt relief out of the Europeans? And having succeeded with the Europeans, many believed that the real test would be with the Arab states, holding billions in Iraqi debt. Well, guess what. So where's the coverage? On page A-8 of the Times, that's where. I found an AP story dated the 20th from the Post, although that referred to only one of the four countries today's Times article dealt with.
Heard any TV coverage on this one?
