I bring this up because I have mentioned before that it bothers me when people use the Baghdad morgue to argue things are worse now than before the war (since, obviously, there were a few "violent crimes" in Iraq before the war that might not have been registered through the city morgue.) Now it turns out there are problems with looking at numbers in the city morgue as a register of violent crime in today's Iraq as well. (Via LGF.)
