I've ended my guest gig over at Volokh today, and so return my full attention to this site, and hopefully to making it even better and more user friendly. I spent a good chunk of yesterday methodically going through my over-flowing in-box, and found several emails from readers offering tech support suggestions that I will put to good use forthwith (and please note the post below asking for your comments on the grey background.) So, thank you to all of you who kept reading both this site and my posts over at Volokh, welcome to new readers joining from the Conspiracy, and I look forward to providing all of you the ranting commentary you've come to expect.
One side note -- this morning I find that the University's server is pronouncing access to my email FORBIDDEN! I don't know what that means, exactly, but it can't be good, so if it takes me a little longer to get back to you than usual, please be patient. My original email policy holds -- in short, I'm tryin'.
